Initially crafted by renowned local landscaper Thoren Ingalls from Vivero Lacon in Cobano, the blueprint took shape two decades ago. We were thrilled to invite him back to reimagine our gardens, showcasing a retrospective of his green artistry. This latest design beautifully juxtaposes the lush tropical ambiance with the refined elegance characteristic of contemporary gardens.

Our garden isn’t just an aesthetic marvel; it is the very essence of Nya. It brims with vibrant trees and exotic plants, creating a sanctuary for a rich tapestry of wildlife. Here, you can encounter playful iguanas, charming squirrels, and the enchanting songs of white-faced and howler monkeys, along with kinkajous, agoutis, raccoons, and ring-tailed coatis. Birdwatchers will delight in spotting toucans, collared aracaris, trogons, fasciated tiger herons, parakeets, blue magpies, hummingbirds, and the captivating turquoise-browed motmot.

Our stunning lap pool, hidden amid the majestic Guanacaste and Madroño trees, becomes a breathtaking centerpiece, especially when the Madroños burst into an exquisite white bloom in late February. From this oasis, you can gaze out at the ocean and absorb its tranquil sounds, creating a perfect escape.
